During one time or another in our lives, we may need to see a doctor or hospital for treatment. While most of our visits will be successful and without incident, you may be harmed and wonder if the doctor caused your injury.
Whether you believe it was the doctor or nurse who contributed to your injury, the question that you need answered is whether or not they deviated from the accepted standard of care. This standard of care insists that everyone gets good and accepted medical care.

For example, it is acceptable that after gallbladder surgery you may not be able to eat the same foods you did before.
